Making A Purchase. Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our Catalogue by simply Clicking on the images that interest you. For any items that you wish to buy, simply Choose your Size & Colour from the drop down boxes, then click ' Add to shopping cart'. After you have finished browsing, click "Check-Out" and you will be able to view a list of those items chosen, and a total price. At this point you may still remove individual items, or Cancel your order if you wish. All that remains is to fill in some basic details we need to process your order swiftly.

We accept Credit / Debit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, and Switch). For International Orders, your credit card company will convert the transaction to own currency. . Items out of Stock are kept on Back Order and will NOT be charged for until they are available for posting. You will be notified of any delay by E-mail / Phone.

Shipping And Handling

All Orders Within the UK MAINLAND are posted FREE OF CHARGE on all orders over £30

ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK , up to a maximum of 1.95 kg, (ie Northern & Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Europe, Rest Of World (Excluding USA)) will be sent via Royal Mail 'Airmail' service - & will be subject to a Standard Basic Charge of £12 to cover packing, insurance & handling. For larger orders Exceeding 2kg a supplement at actual cost will also be applicable in addition to this basic rate. The Standard Postal Rates shown above do NOT apply. Orders will be subject to Airmail regulations, and may be divided into more than one parcel to comply with weight restrictions. Airmail Shipping price is highly variable, dependent on Destination & Parcel Weight, and it is not possible to show this price at the time of ordering. A manual adjustment will made to the invoice at the time the parcel is packed, wherever additional Postal Costs are incurred. Please be advised that We cannot guarantee delivery time on any order being delivered outside the UK Mainland - please allow time for credit card clearance & airmail / local delivery. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Delivery Schedule We aim to process your order Straight away. You will normally receive your order within 2 - 5 working days within Mainland UK, though delays may be experienced during busy times & bank holidays, and for all other areas.

Please Note that most Parcels WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE on delivery, and cannot be left outside empty premises. Please nominate an alternative address where appropriate.

We cannot guarantee delivery time on International orders - please allow time for credit card clearance & airmail / local delivery. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Christmas Deliveries - Please allow slightly longer for Orders to be processed during the Christmas & New Year Period.

Whilst every effort is made to get your goods to you quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery time

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will receive an advisory E-mailed should there be a significant delay, and of course have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will NOT be Charged for any item until the day it is dispatched.

Tax Charges For all orders 15% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our on-site computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or other server location. Our Computer database is protected with the highest Firewall protection. Any Printed records are cross-shredded after a nominated time for maximum peace of mind.

Privacy Policy Any information gathered about yourself is collected directly by us, (not through any third party), & only through the ordering/registration process, or through e-mail enquires etc. This information is 'collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998'. Only sufficient information to complete your order/payment and delivery is collected.

Kingsizemenswear do not disclose buyer’s information to any third parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

From time to time we may E Mail you to keep you informed of any updates to our site or any special offers. If you do not wish to receive these mailings please E Mail us at deaninkingsize@aol.com stating that you do not want to be added to our mailing list.

Returns Policy All goods may be returned for Refund or Exchange.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000). You must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods

At present we do not offer a returns service - we suggest Parcels be returned via Royal mail letter post. Any postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.

We cannot accept liability for any goods lost / damaged in return transit - the sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is ALWAYS recommended.

Any exchanges will be posted back to you but will incur a postal charge of £4.00 (This offer within Mainland UK only - regret we cannot offer this service outside Mainland uk, where we may charge return postage at actual cost).

If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability). All other refunds are not inclusive of postage and packing
